himajama - Formal warning issued

himajama has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Excessive profanity, mod author bashing, harassment, flame baiting, offensive remarks, attempting copyright violation.

 

 

 

what the f***? why is it that despite changing my mod load order, deactivating certain mods and even trying out your quest on an unmodded copy that i'm still CONSISTENTLY getting bugs and scripting errors? was the team behind this really THAT incompetent?? despite following the walkthrough certain events like the elves in Riverwood, bandits at the shack, satchel not showing up and mage at the College healing her memory just aren't triggering/take multiple trys to trigger. the scroll isn't allowing me to teleport, the key from whats-her-face isn't tied to either of the doors in the embassy (thus preventing me from leaving the room and saving M'rissi), items i give to M'rissi randomly disappearing. all this over multiple attempts to finish your god-awful mod.

 

and the writing! what kind of retard mod developer decided to try and force such a shitty backstory and villain? it really breaks the mood of what is initially a fairly cutesy catgirl mod when you introduce torture, suicide, infanticide, etc. seriously whatever freak on your team wrote that journal needs to reevaluate SOMETHING in their life. speaking of the journal, the boss herself was awful! poorly paced buildup to a fight with supposedly "the most powerful mage in Skyrim" only to knock her out in 30 seconds flat. anticlimactic as s***. oh and M'rissi herself! i guess someone on the team decided they wanted to make her "feel real" and tried to force a f***ed up backstory to achieve that. guess what? it's NOT very realistic to have someone who was psychologically abused and tortured, someone who literally decapitated their frankenstein baby brother, and now apparently STRONGLY associates that trauma and fear with the player's character to suddenly brush it off because they "know the player wouldn't do anything like that". half-assed attempt at making a nuanced character gone wrong which ended up with me wasting my time with hours of an edgy overblown quest to get M'rissi a tigermount.

 

of course, i DIDN'T get to get M'rissi her tigermount the normal way because despite me doing everything i could to accommodate your shitty mod it's scripts kept breaking and bugs kept appearing to the point where i was literally stuck in a room and had no pathway to finish the quest without losing 5 hours of playtime. thankfully since then i've taken your dogshit mod and messed around with it for an hour and now i've got myself a follower with everything about her unlocked WITHOUT a shitty quest to do.

 

all in all, 2/10. only saving grace for this abortion is the cutesy voice acting and the character model (both of which i'm editing and using in my own projects btw, hope you don't mind because even if you do i'm still gonna do it lol thanks for the free base, textures and voicework! ;) )
