Problems with a face texture only for the player character of the Vanilla races

I would like to play a vanilla race, but of course the character should not look like the dirty rest of skyrim.
I tried a lot of mods. Most just change the body.
One mod I could find changes the head too, but then there are problems with the Racemenu, because the .tri's are in the unique folder too.
The body part is easy to reproduce: Give player 007 simply a skin.

Experiment 1 for the head: I created an additional face complexion and gave it to the race as another option. I could choose the correct texture when creating the character via "face color", at the north face 5. When I loaded the saved game then it was face 1 again.

Experiment 2 for the head: I have assigned the complexion directly to the head of Vanilla, so it is loaded with face 1. But then Skyrim reload this ugly "glitter" which the Vanilla faces have in addition on top.

I thought something like
"Bodychange" (select meshes and textures via MCM)
or
"A change of face" (face sculptor's (Galathil's) racemenu)
to use.
But do worry if that is too stressful for the game.

Someone an idea?
