Blade In The Dark Major Bug

So iv'e completed the quest (The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller) I have spoken with the Greybeards, learned All the words of Unrelenting Force, Learned Become Ethereal, Activated the Altar of Jurgen Windcaller and absorbed a dragon soul. Then as i progressed through A Blade in The Dark, and killed the dragon i was asked to talk to Delphine, but i only have two dialog options and neither of them opens up new ones, iv tried using the console commands but to no effect, she only repeats the same line as before (i owe you some answers) and the same two dialog options, i really need help on this one as i don't want to begin a new game as i have put at least 200 hours in to this savegame. Any help is very welcome.

I have tried ti disable them all, but it did not do anything.

Did you try reloading an earlier save and repeating your steps? (That's helped me with a couple buggy quests.)

 

You mentioned using console commands - did you try the "setstage" one to complete that whole quest so you can move on to the next step in the MQ? Check this link for details on doing that.

First of all thank you for the reply, And yes i tried both of i have tried both of your suggestions, but nothing seems to work.
