• the original artist/right holder has tacitly given permission for redistribution of their work or

• the original artist’s/right holder’s permission can tacitly be taken for granted.

 

If the original artist/right holder has not provided any notes regarding permission for use and redistribution of their work you should assume that you need the original artist’s/right holder’s permission in advance – before use and redistribution of their work on Nexus.

Proper permission must be obtained and be available to review for all submitted content.

 

Crediting the original artist/right holder does not exempt one from the obligation to obtain their permission first – credits do not substitute their required permission for redistribution on Nexus.
