Outside of Steam, here, PES, TESalliance, The Holds of Skyrim, Curse, and the Forge. Don't get me wrong, this is a great site, but I was looking for some foreign sites, because often, they might have several mods that are on here. I know of modgames.net and the chinese sites (which are waaaaaay to confusing to traverse and translating it doesn't help), so does anyone have any other foreign modding websites they know of that are recommandable?
