Advanced Search not working

I've been trying it for several weeks in Oblivion and Skyrim. Whenever I launch a search on any field, I'm taken to a blank screen. The tab heading in Firefox is "(GIF Image 1 x 1 pixels)."

 

Just wondered if I'm alone in this, and if it's a known issue, whether anything is being done to address the matter. Thanks.
