Help! Ported Oldrim clothing appears out of place

so I tried to port this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82538 mod to SSE, I used NifOptimizer and CK to update it

But when I wear it in game, it appears to be out of place: https://imgur.com/O84zUve

I tried to mess around in Outfit studio but it seems fine there

 

Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?
