remove Talon company ambush ?

Hi everybody.

Is it possible to remove these random ambushes ?

I hate to be killed without notice when exiting a building or a metro station.

Playing with FWE, most of the time, I can't even return fire.

 

Do you know a mod or explain me very "deeply" how to do that ?
