First/third person bug

So ever since I decided to reinstall Skyrim I have been having this bug where I cant switch back to first person after being in third person. I have been doing some of my own research and most people find that they have this bug when they have been in werewolf form but I'm not even a werewolf. The problem is like when I press the F key or when I use the scroll it stutters a bit and instantly goes back to third person view. Sometimes it works but most of the time it really just stutters into first person but it instantly goes back to 3rd person.. I tried to disable the Enhanced First Person camera mod but this didn't work either. I have included the currently installed mods and this is pretty much the only bug that I have. I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this!

Anyone? I did notice however that after reactivating Enchanced FP camera the bug happens less, but it's still there.
