CTD when starting new game.

Hey guys, so I'm having a bit of trouble with Skyrim now a days. I keep CTD whenever I start a new game. It's not on the racemenu, for some reason I can literally be on the race menu for a good 5 minutes and everythign will be fine. The problem happens when I exit the race menu and all the mods start to "finish configuring." I've seen it CTD when it finished Dual Sheath Redux so I dsiabled that and tried to start a new game, but this time it stopped on HTD Weapon Physics. So I'm not entirely sure what's going on. I have a Bashed Patch, cleaned up some of my masters with TES5edit with the exception fo the games main files, and Looted my load order. Maybe there are a few mods in here that aren't compatible? I'm not entirely sure so I was wondering if someone could help me out. Any help at all is appreciated.
