Help with CTD in Vault 81

Hi everyone,

 

I'm hoping someone more well versed in modding/modding confilcts can help me out with an issue I have been trying to solve in regards to constantly going CTD while inside of Vault 81. I use NMM and Loot, and have tried playing around with disabling some mods to see if I could find the problematic one but I'm truly stumped (and frustrated).

 

Here's my PC's specs:

 

2.50 ghz processor w/ 8GB of ram with a Nvidia GEForce 1050Ti Video Card. (Haven't even had any problems with performance on Ultra settings.)
