EverChosen97
https://imgur.com/a/EAgNnM9 https://modwat.ch/u/EverChosen/plugins The image above shows my issue. Snow on roads with blended roads and those dirt cliffs is blindingly bright white and for some reason uses a different texture from my installed ones, fluffy snow 2k and fluffy snow for majestic mountains. The problem is even worse in the day time and just gets brighter. I've tried reinstalling fluffy snow, blended roads, majestic mountains, LH's dirt cliff remaster for majestic mountains and so on. Using a different snow texture doesn't fix the issue. I'm also using the better better dynamic snow shader with the base game snow shader turned off on the launcher settings as recommended by someone else. Turning either on and off isn't working. Any one have an idea whats causing this? Thanks in advance
Algabar
Seems to be a texture issue. Things like these are hard to track down, so this is rather guessing... 1. Use the "really blended roads" option, if you aren't already. I had some issues with the other one, but "really blended" works.2. Reinstall "Fluffy Snow". Let it overwrite verything. Now test. Maybe you will have to mix and match a bit. I'm running the combination of "Blended Roads" and "Fluffy Snow", too. If I remember right, I took one or two textures from "blended roads" instead of "fluffy snow".

Algabar
Okay... So this obviously didn't work. TBH, I'm no expert on "Majestic Mountains", since I don't use it. As great as it looks, IMHO it interferes with too much other things. This might be the case here, too. Maybe you can try this patch:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20102?tab=files It adresses issues with Better Dynamic Snow and Majestic mOuntains. Maybe it helps. Other than that, unfortunately my only idea is to try without "Majestic Mountains". The combo "Blended roads", "Fluffy Snow" and "Better Dynamic SNow" (with Bethesda snow shader turned off) works flawlessly in my game. But I don't have Majestic Mountains... EverChosen97
that seemed to have done it! the roads are fixed, but the cliffs still have an extremely plain, white snow texture to them. I'll try reinstalling fluffy snow tomorrow after work to see if that fixes it. Just to clarify, will any texture mods I overwrote with majestic mountains (skylands, vivid landscapes etc) immediately take over or will i have to reinstall for them? Algabar
Glad you (at least partly) solved the problem. Just to clarify, will any texture mods I overwrote with majestic mountains (skylands, vivid landscapes etc) immediately take over or will i have to reinstall for them? Depends on your mod manager. In NMM you will probably have to reinstall, since NMM copies files directly into your game folder. ANything else, that was there before, will get physically overwritten and is lost. With MO2 or Vortex, that both use a "virtual install" approach, re-deploying (thats the term in Vortex, don't know what it's called in MO) should suffice. EverChosen97
Gaddangnabit After uninstalling majestic mountains and getting things to work for a little bit, I'm now having a CTD to desktop with no errors when loading ANY save game. Starting a new game even has the same issue :(
