Upload of a mod containing the mod/files by another author ignoring the original author’s general prohibition from use and redistribution of their assets (as stated on the original mod page in „Permissions and credits“)

and

requesting to be asked for permission for further modification, use and redistribution of the assets by the other author (contained in the mod) without the original author’s corresponding permission/sub licence.
