Black screen when fast travelling/Crash

Hi all

 

I haven't played the game for sometime so it's difficult to determine which mod is causing this, but essentially whenever I fast travel to or areas around Mzulft the game remains a black screen with background noise playing. I can't do anything and have to signout my PC to get back into it. I tried walking into the area and the game froze.
