D3SOL4TE Posted October 18, 2018 Author Share Posted October 18, 2018 Then install Microsoft.NET Framework 4.7.x (I have 4.7.1 installed). That should work. I already have the latest version of .NET Framework installed, version 4.7.2. I don't suppose you have any other suggestions because I'm at lose as to the cause since as stated in my OP even a complete clean install of Windows doesn't resolve the issue.
