CiderMuffin Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 So I was thinking how it's odd that super mutants respawn when there is nothing to justify them respawning. The Institute who are responsible for super mutants in the commonwealth stopped the FEV research, there is no FEV for the super mutants to use and it's clear the super mutants are capturing people in 4 unlike in 3 so I think it'd make sense for the Super Mutants to just not respawn after being killed the first time. Maybe have ferals, raiders, animals or gunners taking up residence in the nearly freed up space super mutants once occupied.
PhanomGames Posted November 18, 2018 Posted November 18, 2018 I thought the exact same thing while working on a larger mod, and already did the tedious work of editing every actor and template. I cut it out and put it here https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35980/ In my larger mod I have more spawns for raiders/npc's other than super mutants in those areas that are activated when the super mutants die, but it'd be really tedious to cut that out as well. Maybe I'll do it later.
