MAGNU WARMASTER, aka The Steed

 

The mane and body must be Solitude blonde or gold with Sovngarde "ghost" aura/glow. Bonus points for sparks racing across his skin [looks like lightning cloak, but deals sun damage within melee range]. Bonus points if the stars of THE STEED constellation are bright "spots" on his body. Fastest horse in Skyrim by a modifier of at least .25x, with the highest stamina by 2x. Summonable via a "staff" that looks like a horsebrand, perhaps? Find it in a prominent fire in the feasthall in Sovngarde.

 

HOWEVER

 

The brand will fail to summon Magnu if you're a vampire lord or a member of the dark brotherhood. Boom.
