uploading a port of a mod without permissions from the author , with clear knowledge that such a port isn't allowed (file was even titled UNAUTHORIZED REUPLOAD)

 

from our File Submission Guidelines (https://help.nexusmods.com/article/28-file-submission-guidelines)

"Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited"
