Weird Armor Glitch

So I have been trying to use Dark Souls III - Base Set got it from a Russian site, but I think the mod itself is not that important.

 

My issue is that on females (on all races except Breton for whatever reason) the "armor" glitches out insanely. I had this sort of issue before with the bracelet part of another armor mod the rest of the armor would work fine, just as soon as I put on the bracelet, everything on my character would glitch

 

I know missing meshes are a giant exclamation mark, missing textures are purple, etc. So what does that mean, broken meshes?
It works just fine on my male character, but the images of the mod show females also wearing it so it is meant for both genders to work.

 

So what is the cause? And what can be done to fix it? A re-download and re-install didn't work.
