AdventureGirl
How do I use XCE with CBBE? I noticed there is a "Custom Patch" optional file on their page but I'm hesitant to alter my game files until I know. Note: I use the Xenius Character Enhancement pack with two of the optional files: clean skin and normal character maps for those who don't use official HD. Thanks to anyone who can help me :)
Oubliette
Instructions on how to apply the patch should be clear in either it's readme, XCE's normal readme and/or on the mod's description.
Staind716
You shouldn't be too worried about this one. They are both very popular mods and if there were a problem with them it would be very well known by now. Generally, a patch for a face texture and body texture is simply a fix for the neck seam so it matches the rest of the body. If you are still a little concerned about trying it then use NMM to install them so it's a quick and easy uninstall. You shouldn't have any trouble with them at all though.
AdventureGirl
Thanks :)I had to do the XCE via NMM first then add the optional clean skin (body) and clean skin custom body mesh files (allows face to match a custom body).I then installed CBBE Vanilla Nevernude version via NMM and used the "Texblend neck seam fix" application. When I loaded up the game, she looked fine :) Here is a picture:http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/99883 **Use the magnifying glass to see a larger pic**
