weird neck seem graphic glitch

Hi guys,

I have weird neck seem graphical glitches, please refer to the pic below.

it seems like face texture does not match to body texture, two different skin tones in a single body.

Funny thing is it only appears on Novigrad women NPCs more specifically those three women NPCs in the picture above.

here is my mod list:

I have already uninstalled both HQfaces and head tweak mods, but it did not solve the problem.

Priority of the mods:

The game runs smooth and error free, only that glitch pain my ass.

Any help or suggest would be appreciated.
