Crash near helgen/strange mines

getting crash when im near helgen( i can be in helgen but a large area between falkreath helgen and riverwood makes skyrim crash) and also some mines and other caves seem to be missing most of it/ground,walls,roof, everything gone missing but npcs, torch stances,ore veins, books/notes and so on

Yea I've got the same thing going on.

Try if deleting skyrim.ini and skyrimprefers help (it did for me but only for a moment lol)

i tested it a few times but it dint work if im unlucky it might be some mod having trouble there or being in worst case corrupt or something
