Skyrim Modders (Facebook Group)

One problem with modding projects is too much communication. People on a project find that they are spending all their time reading and responding to messages from team members. It can get so bad that nobody gets any modding done and it is all just talk talk talk.

Thanks for you input. I'm just hoping this will help with quick modding questions. And if someone is around that knows, they can throw some input in now, or later. But hopefully faster than what I've seen here =) I'm not looking to use it for huge lengthy tutorials or anything.

Just a little input.

My only requirement is for all members to have at least one mod with a working .esp.

Remember that some of us don't make mod per se, we help others make their mod. Taking requests and what-not.

This would include, but not limited to:

Beta testers.

3d modellers.

Perfectionist who don't release mod, but give experienced tips to the newer modders.

There is way to few 3d modellers, for instance, so limiting your group to the few who actually spend time making mods, instead of making models, might not be the best idea. Perhaps change the line to "My only requirement is for all member to have at least some proof of their skills level", or something like that.

Just a friendly tip :)

Cheers,

Matth
