Markarth CTD

One does not simply walk or fast travel into markarth, no matter how I try to enter, or even get close to the entrance of markarth, it always causes a CTD, and creating a new save does not fix it.

I am using a desktop with:

Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon R7 360 Series

Memory Size - 2048 MB

Memory Type - GDDR5

Core Clock - 1200 MHz

Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)

System Memory - 12 GB

CPU Type - Intel® Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
