TheRealBoz
If I try and install either Detect Life Changer or Kasdar's Detect Life Shader, it just doesn't work unless I put it square down on the bottom of the Load Order list. But when I did that, the mod did work, and the characters did have a red outline, but the original effect of a purple mist still remained ALONG WITH the new effect.I tried disabling the mods one by one, disabling my primary suspects did nothing(well, nothing but caused seriously funky behavior). My mod list includes: OOO 1.33, Unofficial Patch, Landmarks and Wells on Map, Toggleable Quantity Prompt, AFLevelMod, Spell Delete, Stealth Overhaul, Denock Arrows, EnchantmentRestore, SupremeMagicka, and Detect Life Shader(the one I'm trying to get to work properly). So please have mercy and HALP!
TheRealBoz
Browsing through the forums, I found that I could use the obmm to detect conflicts, and after a few tries, it seems the Supreme Magicka mod is the culprit. If I place the Detect Life Shader before Supreme Magicka, it just doesn't work, and if I place if after Supreme Magicka, I have both the red outline and the purple mist.Is there any way to disable that particular component of Supreme Magicka?Load Order(after some fiddling) is as follows:Oblivion, OOO(esm), Unofficial Patch, OOO(esp), AFLevelMod, Landmarks & Wells, Toggleable Quantity Prompt, Supreme Magicka, SM_OOO, Spell Delete, Denock Arrows, Detect Life Shader. I included everything for the off chance I am an idiot who missed something obvious. EDIT:Yep, turns out I'm an idiot. I just read the Supreme Magicka readme, set the Detect Life value to 0... works like a charm :)
