Crash after start new game issue.

So ive recently redone all of my skyrim as ive never been able to properly get a game going with all my desired mods, there has always been an issue. With my current version there is a crash on start new game and no-matter what i do nothing seems to fix it. i can provide any details needed and would appreciate any help. SKSE is working correctly aswell as ENBoost.
