Missing Dlcs causing Game to crash

I found what was causing the crash and it wasn't because of the dlcs!

Today I wanted to play some more Fallout 4 and I noticed that some mods were outdated so I wanted to update them but for some reason I couldn't log in to the NMM network, long story short answer I switched to Vortex and installed all the mods(one by one because vortext didn't import the mods properly) and after I had finally gotten done installing all my mods alongside with the updated mods I wanted to play Fallout. "Yeah no." thought my game right at that moment since it kept crashing in the menu right after it got the message for the news in the top right of the main menu window (Since its Halloween time there is some discount going on) so I go a little thing that would log Fallout 4 for me and if I am not mistaking it is crashing because the DLCs are missing since some mods(ArmorKeywords, Armorsmith Extended, Backpacks of Commonwealth and Reverb and Ambience Overhaul) need DLCs but I was always able to freely ignore those warnings infact I played with the exact same mods yesterday and today !!!
And idk what to do now since I don't want to throw these mods out and play without them (plus most of my mods depend on ArmorKeywords so yeah....) and I'm not gonna go ahead and throw like 60 euros out the window just because my mods won't work.....

Thanks for any help in advance and I know that my post is probably super shitty to read but I don't post stuff like this very often ^^

EDIT 1: I threw out the mods that needed the dlcs and my game is working fine but I'm kinda missing the best parts now -_-

 

EDIT 2: I found a mod that was causing the problem it wasn't because of the dlcs....
