fallout4 mod help ( delete if in wrong area)

i am new to modding and all that incompases so any help would be use full. mostly in modeling a mesh making a texure and porting it into fallout 4. so everything. i have made little mods like changing a body mesh, modify exisiting textures, and adding objects into the game like a new chem, power armor parts, race and a few more minor things. but this project is a bit more than i can do. attached are two images of theses projects.

 

I'll help where I can but if some one is willing to pick up the project I will send the models over.
