Rial13
Okay folks, I'm at a loss and I've been scouring the internet for days trying to figure this out. Like a big dummy, I accidentally formatted my hard drive that had Skyrim and all my mods on it. After spending three days reinstalling everything, running LOOT, FNIS, etc... Trying to load an old save just CTD **but that's to be expected since I updated and switched out a lot of mods.**HERE'S MY PROBLEM: My next choice was to start a new save. Problem is, it just loads endlessly. It doesn't crash and it doesn't freeze (so to speak), but I'm stuck looking at the logo and hearing the music playing. My computer doesn't recognize it as unresponsive. It just doesn't DO anything.Troubleshooting already tried:Ran LOOTUsed TES5 Edit to clean all the dirty edits and wild editsDisabled all the mods gradually to identify offending modDisabled ALL the mods altogetherVerified Game Cashe IntegrityUninstalled Skyrim and Reinstalled it with NO MODSI've used COC to get into the game - the good news is that I can get into the game that way. The bad news is, any save I make from there crashes when I try to reload.Tweaked the INI files to allocate more memory - still nothing. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager and I've tried using BethINI as well. I'm at the point right now where I'm trying to run Skyrim COMPLETELY VANILLA and having the same issue. No mods and with or without the script extender, the game simply won't play. I've even tried disabling the DLC and still can't get anything to work.
