frankdema
hi guys, i've used crazy bump to create a normal map for a retexture of the nordplate armor for a set i'm working on, however in game the armor looked too shiny and almost like it is made of plastic and not made of metal, do you have any advice on how to reduce the shine of the armor? the textures are really detailed so they are not enhanced with all that shiny on the armor plate.i tried to add a very dark specular map ( also created with crazybump) in nifskope but nothing happened.please help me! Is it within the Alpha Channel of your Normal Map, or is it a seperate image?
