ekn5017
I crafted a Daedric Sword with Fire and Shock Enchantment and then a Grand Soul Gem. I hacked away at an unkillable NPC to see how many charges it had - approx 150.Then I quit, restarted my game at the same exact save, and the same sword only had 43 charges. My sword loses charge after 43 swings when it used to be able to do 150. The item value had also changed for no reason after I re-loaded the save.Someone please tell me what the f*** is going on I also crafted a bow and then enchanted it as well. Same story, same enchatments. I made the Bow, wrote down how much the game said it was worth, saved and then quit. Reloaded at same spot and the value of the bow went up approx 600 bucks. Kinlar
Had the same problem. My double enchanted sword looked fully charged before I quit the game. When I reloaded the same save, half of the charges was gone. The two massive enchanting bugs, apparently still not fixed... http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Enchanting_(Skyrim) The value of enchanted items goes down as Enchanting skill increases; however, sometimes after restarting the game, it may register a higher value; also if one has a dead thrall, store these items in them, resurrect, kill and then loot the items, they may be of higher value, (only worked on apparel).Weapon charge count may be bugged after exiting and relaunching Skyrim and loading a save. blitzen
I saw something similar recently. I downloaded a mod with an enchanted weapon, and it discharged very quickly. Too quickly. So I went into the ck and changed the enchantment cost to 0. Now it will never run out. I don't know if the unofficial patch has anything that affects enchantments, but if you aren't using it yet, you might want to look it up.
