Two Crashes: waiting and Companions

Ok With the companions crash i am just getting intiated into the circle and after they do their little cutscene kodlak pulls me over and tries to talk to me but it freezes and he says nothing, i can do nothing but try to reset his ai which resluts in him leaving into jorvassker and then it crashes when trying to go inside.

 

And the waiting one i walked around following betilid while doing the dark brotherhood questline and i hit the wait button and it instanly crashed on me.
