Need help , what mod enables quest markers in game the blue red blocks and such ?

Have managed to install a mod that has enabled developer mode markers in the game and cant rememeber which one it was inb order to in install it as its annoying, i rememeber reading one of the mods i installed enabled quest and object markers , eg it has arrows in game showing the direction of steam of smoke coming from pipes and such, if anyone could give me a hint on which mod it is that has enabled these markers i would be greatfull as i cant find it and have been searching hours for the faulty mod install..
