Westrim
SKSE does not seem to be booting to Skyrim SE. The window flashes on, and then nothing happens. For context, I have used SKSE many times before. I am certain that I've loaded the .dlls and loader to the Skyrim SE folder, the scripts into the data folder, and am starting by clicking the skse_64 loader. This is a 2 day old install (got a new SSD so I can park games off of the smaller OS drive), on which I have already started Skyrim SE via SKSE a couple of times to make sure that mods were loading in correctly. I installed more mods, and installed several games with Steam, then tried to fire it up for some actual playtime, and the error appeared. Attached is the list of currently installed mods. Edit: Not sure if this has bearing, but the Papyrustildev.txt and SexLab.txt files in the Skyrim SE directory do write, and therefore update in the Date Modified column, when I start the skse loader. So something is happening; perhaps it's hanging on papyrus related mods?
Westrim
After some tinkering, the problem appears to have been sexlab framework. Maybe some reinstalling will work, maybe I'll switch to the light version, but that was the answer.
