Off Hand Weapons

I want to modify Oblivion's current weapons and copy them to the player's right hip. Obviously, there is the torch meathod which makes the player always have the weapon in their left hand, but with Seph's work making animations to draw and sheath both swords, I want to make a mod that will make the weapons compatable with that.

 

I have both NifSkope and Blender.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
