You can upgrade it to v1.2, you just need to scroll down a bit further so you'll find it. Basically extract the files from the .zip file somewhere, then copy the entire 'Data' folder found inside to your x:\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion folder, click yes to all the questions about overwriting files. Put the .esp on and try it after doing both of these, reinstalling the mod & patching oblivion to v1.2. If the mod still isn't working, most likely your downloaded file is corrupt. I just downloaded the mod and it's working fine after trying it on 5 of my different characters with 100+ mods running.

V1.2 iv the shivering isles??If yes ,i've been told that if i play the game with "Oldblivion "(which i do ) ,i cannot ...And it is correct because i tried o update to the "shivering Isles" and the update couldn't be done .But i think the v1.1 ( which i have) is compatible with this mod (i've red it in the authors comments)

Do you have a no-DVD crack? If not, did you download the patch of the correct region?

If you have a no-DVD crack, your only solution is the reinstall of oblivion, then patching it all the way up to 1.2. After a good nights sleep and thinking, this is the only viable cause for the CTD's with your game, not being patched up to the latest version. Also double check you downloaded the patch for the region where you live.
