Ziroombah Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 Hello Forum, Just made a character recently that has gotten himself into the dark arts of necromancy... Anyway, I would like to see a mod that allows for certain areas to not despawn the dead (whether it be homes, or created locations.) This or maybe there is a way to mark a generic body to not despawn. I do not have much knowledge on console commands, but I tried this one day just messing around: addtofaction 9653a 1 while clicking a generic npc thrall (Vampire Mistwalker) and she still disappeared in my house as a dead body over a day of waiting outside. This command adds an object to the WINoBodyCleanupFaction faction, but I did not see any effect (if I did it correctly.) I tried using a different mod to change the body clean up timer to 7 days, but I for the life of me can not get it to work. It still only lasts one day; maybe the mod does not work with version 1.6? Either way some mod to make generic/all bodies not despawn (in specified areas, etc) would be nice. You may say.. why not just use the listed thralls that do not despawn? I am familiar with the list, but this generic vampire mistwalker is the one who changed my character into a vampire, and I would like to keep it for roleplaying purposes if possible.
