Mods not loading in my game

I started playing TW3 last weekend and as I've done with Skyrim for the last 4 years I came to see here what could the game be better on.

I'm already tired of the cutscenes and a few other thing so I installed this mods(see image below) to take care of it.

Nothing heavy, just 5 tweaks. None of them work at all.

In first place I googled for an answer and bumped into a guy thath said that i had to isntall my mods into the main folder of the game so I did so (see image)

 

No results, at this point I'm lost and hopeless, any help will be preciated.

dunno what you're doing or what tool you're using.

 

but mod installation in TW3 goes like this:

1. unzip the mod archive you downloaded

2. move the folder named "modMODNAME" (e.g. modOver9000 or whatever) into your Mods folder

should look like this: <The Witcher 3>\Mods\modOver9000

 

the game only loads mods from the Mods folder AND if the mod folder begins with modXXX
