CTD when starting/entering combat...

Hey,

 

I'm more or less a noob when it comes to modding Oblivion, and I'm not exactly sure what to look for as a solution for my problem. Whenever I or a loaded NPC near me enters combat the game either crashes to the desktop with the "Oblivion.exe has stopped working" error or it has a slight (a second or less) pause then plays normally. I have a lot of mods installed and because of this I'm not sure which one/ones are causing this aggravating problem.

There is no doubt that my problem is due to some mod conflict or something involving a mod, but I'm not sure of th

Most of these mods I've had installed together before with only a few problems, but this specific CTD (entering combat) has never occured to me before. If anyone knows which mod or mods could be causing this it would be a great help.

 

(My last resort is to do a full re-install, usually around 4 hrs of work so I hope it doesn't come to that =) )

Here is the information on the CTD from the Windows Event Log, for some (extremly?) strange reason it looks as if something related to my blackberry crashed it. I'm not a computer genious so I'm not sure if this log is even relevant though.
