Random CTD's

[Thurazz]

Hello there, I'm experiencing random CTD's. Mostly when I want to fast travel or press ESC. I've sorted my Load Order with Vortex (LOOT suggests the same load order) and all my files are cleaned with TES5Edit. Can someone tell me what exactly the problem is or are there any conflicts I don't know?
