Where are all my finishing moves?

Recently the people in Skyrim refuses to die properly... i mean they refuse to have their head chopped off, to be pierced by a sword, etc...in short, finishing moves are no longer displayed.

Not even increasing the % to 100 of the Script Command of the final moves ("set killmovechance to 100") solves the problem.

 

Any suggestions?
