Fallout 3 crashes after loading several times saved game

i have one problem.My game crashes when i load a game several times cause now i am stuck at one point and i am trying to kill some bandtis but i always got killed.And when i load the saved game about 15-20 times i got crash?Anyone knows how to fix it?
