ninjamestre Posted June 22, 2012 Share Posted June 22, 2012 Hi im trying to create a new power so first i needed to create a magic effect for it.I got to Magic>Magic effect and duplicated one of the effects now im editing it,i was able to find the effect i wanted under Assoc.
