how tthey create mod that when player load it

i want to write " face" but i cant edit topic. :unsure:

i only know that a player must have the same resource as a modder have .

but next what i need to do if i want to create a mod too.

this is my example

i download this mod and i download every mod that he ask for .

so finally i have the npc that look like in his screenshot.

so you can guide me a little bit how to do it.
