Sea Demons

I'm looking for a modder to make a race called the "sea-demons".

Description:

The sea-demons are a highly intelligent race that dwell in the depths of Tamriel's seas. Not only are they known for their intellect but they have unearthly beauty and charm that could lure any mortal into their trap. Although demons are immortal beings, these demons are mortal because their ancestors were cursed by a powerful witch which stripped them of their immortality and weakened them. As a result, they use magic and charm as a means of survival. They mainly use defensive spells (such as the elemental shields in the school of alteration or the fortifying spell of the school of restoration )but that doesn't mean that they cannot wreak havoc with the power of destruction. This race can breathe underwater, swim faster than a normal human, and summon a great spirit to aid them in battle.

Stats:

Str 30

Int 50

Wil 45

Agi 40

Spd 45

End 30

Luc 30

Per 50

Bonus skills:

Alteration +10

Athletics +5

Destruction +5

Illusion +10

Mysticism +5

Restoration +10

Speechcraft +5

Specials:

Fortified Magicka

Water breathing

Swift Swimming (Increases speed and athletics by 10 pts. whenever you swim)

Tempest spirit (same as ancestor guardian except with appearance of a giant sea serpent and can cast lightning storm, hail storm, tornado and water globe)

Here is a link of a sketch I made of what this race should look like:

fins: pale blue

eyes: pale blue too

If someone made this race mod I would be really grateful.

Here is a definition of siren I found in answers.com:

" Britannica Concise Encyclopedia: Siren

In Greek mythology, a creature, half bird and half woman, who lures sailors to their doom with her sweet singing. Homer placed Sirens near the rocks of Scylla; in the Odyssey, Odysseus has his men plug their ears with wax and has himself tied to his ship's mast so he can hear the Sirens' singing without endangering the ship. In one tale of Jason and the Argonauts, Orpheus sings so sweetly that the crew do not listen to the Sirens. According to later legend, the Sirens committed suicide after one or the other of those failures.
