Vortex won't launch NMM import tool?

I just switched over to vortex, and have tried to import my mods from NMM using the import tool, however when I click to launch it from anywhere in Vortex, nothing happens. I get a screen when I select import from MO, but nothing happens at all when I select to import from NMM.

 

I really dont want to have to restart my fallout game or painstakingly reinstall 100+ mods. Anyone have any ideas?

This isn't exactly the help you're looking for, but this is just my advice based on all of the feedback I've seen here.

 

You don't have to restart, but honestly importing from NMM will cause you headaches in the long run considering one of the biggest flaws of NMM is that it's not logging installs properly (which means most likelihood it will break your mod install if you import it, especially with a relatively mid sized build like 100+mods). So either stick with NMM for now, and just move to Vortex when you're going to rebuild your modlist from scratch. Vortex handles mods in a fundamentally different way than NMM. So it's best to allow Vortex to do what it does properly, rather than try to make it run the mod install paradigm that NMM had which was one of the reasons it was abandoned in the first place. And 100 mods is really nothing (Although that may be perspective because I regularly run a minimum of 200+ mods per game. Currently I have 500+.
