LE More medieval looking armors and weapons

So after i've been playing skyrim for over 500 hours or more, i've realised that i HATE a lot of the armors and weapons, for example,

ebony weapons.

ALL the daedric stuff, the 2h axe might aswell be a warhammer.

and the dwemer armor looks too bulky. so i want to make a request for a mod that changes that to more a realistic approach. not sure how it'll be made, just making them look more like the iron or steel armor, but not the same meshes, maybe ask permission from another standalone armor? theres many good ones out there. but because i have 0% modding skill. i cant make it myself.
