New Vegas Crashing When Selecting New Game

Hello, hopefully someone i here but I recently reinstalled fallout new Vegas again and added mods to it as usual and when i go to try and start a new game it loads for a couple seconds before freezing and crashing. Hopefully someone can help. I'm a noob at this and am having a lot of problems so hopefully I can get some type of help. I do have NVSE, and the fnv4gb patch installed btw. I also posted my load order from LOOT in the attach files section hopefully you can see them. Hopefully i did it all right again i'm pretty new to this.

See the "New Califonia Incompatibilities" page. It specifically says not to use "Mission Mojave - Ultimate Edition" and "Project Nevada - Rebalance". (Stopped looking after those two. Read the install instructions again, completely.) Use YUP instead, even though it is not mentioned either way. It fixes more of the same problems you wanted MMUE for. Also check out their "recommended mods" page (linked in the description).

 

Please see the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. Your load order is not sorted correctly. Use LOOT (link in the same article.)

* You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV.
