bubbie
When the animators made skyrim they seem to have forgotten a common feature in many newer games. All hairs and clothes in skyrim are static. If i run forward my hair stays plaster in its position like i use a pound of hair gel a day, and my voluminous mage robe sleeve stay stiff poking right out. I was wondering if it is possible to add simple clothing and hair animations. This would be lore-friendly and add to the realism of the game. It seems like a massive undertaking and I'm guessing would require numerous compatibility options if it is even possible with current tools. So what do you think? Is it possible? Korodic
I'm pretty sure that's a feature hard codded into the engine as far as clothing using physics. You could fake it, but it wouldnt be worth the result as it may take forever to do. Though personally I agree with you, I love clothing physics. Perhaps you should check out a game called "watch dogs" that was shown at E3... it's going to be EPIC.
Rennn
I've seen a proof of concept mod like this for Oblivion hair, but it was only a demo. It's theoretically possible to imitate this effect, but it's not very likely that someone will mod it in. That's something the developer would have had to do from the start in most cases. bubbie
Well i did think it would be too much effort if it was even possible. Either way, thank you.
