Grimmjow0006
When I go to new game or load game, fresh install, it CTD right when the loading bar is at the end. I have no idea what is wrong since I only added a couple of mods. It worked before when I tested it.

Add the mods one by one, each time ensuring everything is fine before adding another. If that doesn't fix things then check your load order (FCOM helper is a great tool for this) and also make sure that none of your mods require OBSE. If they do, then install it. Failing all of that, reinstall Oblivion and keep a "clean" copy of your data folder.
bben46
FCOMHelper does not install like a mod. Be sure you followed the procedure. Be sure you have the latest version as it fixes some bugs.Be sure you read the readme first Note, Windows users should ignore the part about WINE, as that is for Linux users only. You will need the Microsoft Runtime Library part though. Quoted from the author: Installation: 1. Backup your load order with ObMM or Wrye Bash. Always backup. 2. You will need to download and install the Microsoft C++ Runtime Library 2008 re-distributable. It can be found here (1.7MB): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;DisplayLang=en Dont worry, the library is small and safe (unlike its creator or the author of this program ;-p ). Wine users may need to run "winetricks" (http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks) to register the libraries properly (thankyou, John.Moonsugar). 3. Unzip the FCOMhelper.zip archive to your Oblivion/Data folder. No sub-folders. 4. Hit 'FCOMhelper.bat' (the .bat file, not the .exe file). The output of the utility will be displayed immediately. Read any notes, FCOM install errors and/or Wrye Bash Bashed Patch suggestions then you will need to re-order "unknown" mods by hand with ObMM or Wrye Bash.
